These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Block Times - App Control (the “App”) and related services provided by GP Tech Vision Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Use of the App
 

Block Times - App Control is designed to help users manage access to selected apps and reduce distractions by blocking or restricting access during user-defined periods.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse, damage, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that may harm the App, our services, or other users.
 

2. User Accounts
 

Certain features require an account using a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
 

3. Subscriptions and Payments
 

The App may offer paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and in-app purchase system. We do not collect or store your full payment card or payment details.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or App Store subscription settings.

Refunds and payment-related matters are handled in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
 

4. Acceptable Use
 

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorised purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, accounts, or systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse the App

• Use the App in a way that could harm our services or other users
   

5. Intellectual Property
 

The App, including its software, design, branding, content, features, and technology, is owned by or licensed to GP Tech Vision Limited, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
 

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising
 

The App uses third-party services, which may include Google Firebase, Meta/Facebook SDKs, and related analytics or advertising technologies.

These services may be used for authentication, infrastructure, analytics, performance monitoring, advertising, and marketing measurement. Their use may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Where required, applicable permissions or consent will be requested before tracking or processing that requires user permission.
 

7. Service Availability
 

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the App from time to time.

The App is a tool for managing app access and supporting focus. We do not guarantee any particular improvement in productivity, focus, screen time, or other personal outcomes.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and GP Tech Vision Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
 

9. Termination
 

You may stop using the App or request deletion of your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the App, or where reasonably necessary to protect the App, our services, or other users.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
 

10. Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
 

11. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
